Michael Goheen of Michael Goheen Horsemanship is a native Texan who grew up in Ft. Worth. After meeting Ray Hunt, his eyes were opened to a new style of horsemanship. He has worked long and hard to develop his own unique training st and continues to learn from top horsemen around the world. Whether he is starting a young colt or correcting a problem in a horse, his methods are gentle with a great respect for each individual horse. He will help you achieve a better understanding of your horse and his responses.

The colt starting clinic today was wonderful. I went home and worked with my “yearling with an attitude” and she did really well. It’s me that needs to work on my coordination skills! Of course she’s too young for all of today’s lessons but some apply, and I feel inspired to walk my adult horses through the process just to see where we need to work.
